This month, I will refrain from giving business advice, musing, and pontification and, in the spirit of the season, just devote this space to those two simple and powerful words. If you want to say thank you back or use this space to express gratitude to other people (or categories of folks), feel free. It's also the season of sharing.
I want to openly thank:
- Our loyal and visionary clients who engage, motivate, and appreciate us. We hope we delight you back and help you prosper.
- All the folks who bring creativity and commitment to theONswitch this year including Stan, Michael, David, Jeremy, Judi, Helaine, Suzanne, MJ, Carly, Yeilani, and Sara (and many others too).
- All the media folks (who've had a tough year), but who continue to open our e-mails, take our calls, and write and blog about our clients and us.
- The organizations that inspire us and provide new ideas and new connections -- like EO, the New York Enterprise Report, BDI, Sobel Media, The Business Council of Westchester, the Westchester County Association, CBS-880, Yonkers Partners in Education, and so many more.
- All my Facebook friends and Twitter followers. I've met a whole new community of givers, thinkers, and thankers in 2009, proving that true friends CAN be made in the virtual world too -- and thank you is less than 140 characters!
Need more thoughts of graditude? Listen to these thank you tunes.
i would like to add my profound thanks back atcha. It is a year that if one doesn't have someone to thank (or many someones) or something to be grateful for, it is somewhat of a drag! here's to a good - no great - 2010~
