Not all 365 days (I hope). But every business and individual has made at least one big ugly blunder (or a series of smaller ones) in 2007.
I recently heard Donny Deutsch speak, and he waxed poetic on the importance of making mistakes and learning from them. I hope this sentiment doesn't put a damper on your holiday season while you're happily swilling gingerbread lattes, spinning the dreydl, and hunting for mistletoe (which, by the way, can be poisonous if ingested. Don't make that mistake!).
Celebrating 2007 successes should be your priority. But I strongly urge every business person to also take a few minutes to make that short list of bad decisions, inconsiderate actions, or just silly moves from the past twelve months and then vow not to repeat them in 2008. Choose to be nice...not naughty!

Is there such a thing as being TOO nice? Dr. Phil says "Yes!" (Maybe he deserves a lump of coal!)
